Baba Kalyani has an office located on Sedam Road in Gulbarga. The address is Plot No.70 at Sri Laxmisrinivas Nilaya, right opposite the Police Heli Pad in Veeresh Nagar. It’s a pretty easy place to find because of the helipad landmark. Gulbarga can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so our office is usually a place where we try to stay cool while getting the work done. Subhashchandra Jagtap is the person who looks after things here. We deal with various local matters and business tasks from this location. It’s a quiet neighborhood compared to the main market, but the helipad across the street sees some action now and then. The office is inside a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate space. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors who stop by to discuss business. We don't do any flashy advertising. Most of the people who come here are local residents or business associates who already know us. We just focus on our daily routine, handling the paperwork and meeting with people as needed. It is a straightforward way of working, and we like the pace of things here on Sedam Road. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home like everyone else at the end of the day.
