Rak Ceramics India Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 11, Adb Road in Samalkot, which is in the East Godavari district. This area is quite well known for ceramics, and we are right in the middle of it. Our location on Adb Road is easy to spot if you are driving through. It’s a big site because we need the room for all the ceramic products we deal with. The air is often a bit dusty around here, but that’s just how it is in this industry. We have people from the local area working with us, and many have been here for years. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. Trucks are always being loaded or unloaded near the entrance. The office is just a part of the bigger facility where we handle the paperwork and talk to customers. We don't have anything too fancy, just some desks and a lot of samples lying around. People come from all over East Godavari to see what we have. It’s a lot of physical work, moving tiles and heavy ceramic pieces. We don’t use any complex scripts or sales pitches. If someone comes in, we just show them what is available in the yard. It’s an honest way to spend the day. The sun gets pretty strong out here on Adb Road, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. It’s just our daily life here in Samalkot.
