We’ve been here at Srinivasa Nager for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Indhra Palem, right here in Kakinada. People around here know the 2-16 building well enough. Most mornings start with the tea stall down the lane and then we get to work. It’s not a fancy glass office or anything like that, just a solid place where we get things done. Being in East Godavari, the weather gets quite sticky, so we have the fans running all day long. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and files scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s mostly us local folks working here. We don’t really do much big talk. If someone comes by, we just sit down and discuss whatever needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just step outside for a bit of air. It’s just how things go in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same old address. It’s a quiet life mostly, just regular work day in and day out. We don’t have a big fancy sign, but everyone who needs us finds the way. It’s just a practical setup for us to handle our daily business without any fuss or complicated systems. There is always someone around to answer the phone if you call.
