Our office is over at Door No: 3-11-57 on Relli Street. It’s in the Recarlapet area of Kakinada, which is part of the East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh. Larsen And Toubro is the name of the company. Kakinada is a coastal place, so it often feels a bit salty and humid, especially in the mornings. Relli Street is a busy little spot with people moving around all day. We have a modest building here where we do our daily work. It’s not a fancy skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a regular, practical space that we use. We have enough room for our equipment and our desks. We don’t have any big corporate signs or mission statements hanging up on the walls. We just have a small board with the name on it so people know they’re in the right place. Most of the day is spent handling the usual tasks and paperwork that comes our way. We take breaks when we can, maybe a quick tea from the shop nearby. The floors are simple and the furniture is mostly old but sturdy. We aren't trying to be anything special or impressive. We just want to do our work properly and go home at the end of the shift. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve been in Recarlapet for a good while and know the local rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a practical place to be based.
