It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address but it’s just the way the areas are divided here. We are located care of Suresh Singh, who is a well-known name in these parts. The facility in Sorathi is where all the agro industry work actually happens. It’s a rural setting so you won't find any skyscrapers here, just fields and our processing area. It gets quite loud when the machines are running but that’s the sound of work getting done. We have a lot of space out here which is good for storage. The office part is just a small room with a fan and a couple of chairs where we handle the billing and the phone calls. Kochas is the nearest big town so we head there whenever we need supplies or to fix something that broke. It’s a rugged kind of lifestyle out here. We don’t have fancy lunch breaks, just whatever we brought from home eaten while sitting on the equipment. The dust gets everywhere especially during the harvest but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. It’s a family-run kind of feel and Suresh makes sure everything keeps moving.
