It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which is good for focusing on the software stuff we do. Cuddapah can get incredibly hot, so our office is usually a haven of fans and coolers. We aren't a big operation. It’s just a handful of us who know a lot about tech and decided to work together. We’ve been in this colony for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. Our desks are usually cluttered with notes and half-empty water bottles. It’s a real working office, not a showroom. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons buried in code. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days, but eventually, we figure it out. That’s just how this kind of work goes. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to finish the projects we started and make sure the bills are paid. It’s a simple life here in Andhra Pradesh. We enjoy the work and the fact that we can do it right here in Rayachoti instead of moving away to a bigger city. It feels better to stay local.
