Our spot is over on D.C Road in Kadapa, right in the Ghouse Nagar area. If you know the neighborhood, we are at D.No-16472-1. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. M. Venkataiah is usually around keeping an eye on things and making sure everything is moving along. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up, so we are always dusting off the desks and the equipment inside. We deal with vessels and industrial parts just like the other offices, but things move at a slightly different pace here in Andhra. Usually, we start early before the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. People stop by often just to check on orders or to talk about some upcoming work. We do not really have a big sign out front, so you kind of have to know where you are going to find us. Inside, it is mostly just us working through the daily list of tasks. There is a lot of coordination with the transport guys to make sure things get moved out on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or so, and we just sit outside and wait it out. It is a practical way of working. No one wears suits here. We just wear what is comfortable for the weather and get the work done. It is a bit of a trek from the main part of town, but it works for us.
