Tastela Spices Private Limited

We have been out here in Mithi Rohar for a while now. Our place is over at GIDC, specifically plots 265 through 273. It is a pretty big spot, but we stay busy with the spices every single day. Tastela Spices Private Limited is the name written on our door. Living in Kachchh means you get used to the dust and the heat, but we just keep at it. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and things get a bit chaotic around the warehouse. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. Most of our time is spent checking the batches and making sure things are moving along. The village is quiet, which is nice for focusing on the work. We started small and just kept adding plots as we needed more room for storage. It is not a glamorous job, honestly. My hands usually smell like cumin or turmeric by the end of the day. We are just a group of local people trying to make a living in this corner of Gujarat. If you are driving through Mithi Rohar, you can't really miss the big GIDC area. We do not really do much advertising. People mostly find us because they know where the spice plots are located. It is just steady work here. We hope the weather stays clear so we can keep the drying process going. Some days are longer than others, especially when harvest season hits. We just grab a chai and get back to the sorting.
