We started this place because we wanted to be part of the local community. It’s not a huge operation, just a steady one. We spend our days managing the resort details and making sure everything is in order. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, which happens a lot in this part of the state. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything; it's just us answering the phones and keeping the books. Most of the people who work here live nearby. We know the neighbors and they know us. We're just a local resort business trying to do things the right way. Some days are busier than others, especially during the festival seasons.
