Over in Gram Kunda, we’ve put together Ram Janki Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located in the Pandaria tehsil, which is part of the Kawardha district. This area is mostly farmland, so it made sense for us to start this company. It’s really just a group of us who live and work here in the village. We handle our agricultural business collectively now. It’s not a big corporate setup. We meet in the village, talk about the soil, the weather, and what we need for the next season. Working in Kunda means being close to the land every single day. We don't have fancy office chairs or computers everywhere. Most of our tools are for the fields. We started this because we wanted a more direct way to manage our crops and sales. It’s been a learning process for all of us. Dealing with the paperwork in Pandaria can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we get through it. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We’re just local people who grow things and want to keep our farming traditions going. The weather here can be quite dry, so we spend a lot of time thinking about water and irrigation. It’s a basic, honest way to live. We’re just happy to be working for ourselves and our community here in Chhattisgarh.
