You can find us at Mendarda Sasan Gir Road, specifically at Nikhil Balvantbhai Dhami’s place in Malanka. This is Vishal The Greenwood Hotels And Resorts Private Limited. Being out near Sasan Gir means we see a lot of people interested in the wildlife, though we are just a regular business. The road out here can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We spend a lot of our time just maintaining the grounds. Grass grows fast and the dust settles on everything, so it’s a constant battle with the broom and the mower. We are a small group, not some huge corporation from the city. We live and work right here. It’s quiet mostly, except for when the tourist season kicks in. Then it gets busy and we’re all hands on deck. We don't have a fancy marketing department. I’m just writing this because we need an about us section for the records. We offer rooms and a place to sit down. The water is usually hot and the beds are alright. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a generator that usually works. It’s a practical way to live. If you’re coming down the Mendarda road, you’ll see us eventually. We’ve been here for a while and don’t plan on going anywhere else soon. It’s a lot of work but it’s our life out here. We just hope the lions stay in the park and the guests stay happy.
