We’ve been here in Junagadh for a long time. The street is narrow and it’s got that old town feel to it. It’s not a place for big fancy cars or anything. We mostly deal with milk and making lassi. It’s a lot of cooling things down and stirring big vats. The shop is small and sometimes it gets crowded when people stop by for their daily milk. We don't have a website with a bunch of photos or a corporate board. It’s just us behind the counter. The building is old but it works for what we need. Dealing with dairy means we have to be up very early in the morning before the sun even comes up. Everything has to stay cold and clean. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy cans and keeping the floors dry. People in the neighborhood know us by name, and we know them. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do.
