You can find us at 1708/1709 in Gidc - Ii, out in Dolatpara. Castech Foundries Pvt. Ltd has been operating from this location for quite some time. It’s a hot place to work, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the roof. The foundry floor is always busy with guys moving stuff around. We deal with a lot of heavy things every day. It’s a bit of a hike to get out here, but we like being in this part of the industrial estate. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we’re a local crowd. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. Most things get settled with a quick talk on the floor. The yard usually has some scrap or finished pieces sitting around. We try to keep it organized, but it gets messy when we're busy. The machines make a lot of noise, so you have to talk loud to be heard. Dolatpara is a practical place for a business like ours. There isn't much else around except other factories and small shops. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head out. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, someone just pokes their head out of the office if a visitor shows up. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs at the foundry day in and day out. It’s not glamorous, but it works for us.
