Vaanika Agribiotech Private Limited has its spot in Jorhat. We are located in Marwari Patty, specifically at MD House, which is the house of Murlidhar Gattani. It’s right there by Gangabishan Murlidhar. If you’ve ever walked through Marwari Patty, you know it’s a busy place with lots of shops and people moving everywhere. Our office is tucked away in that mix. Jorhat can be a very hot place, and the streets are narrow, so there’s always a bit of a squeeze. We work on the biotech side of agriculture, but we keep the office very basic. It’s just a room with some old wooden furniture and the sound of the ceiling fan clicking away. Murlidhar Gattani has been part of this area for a long time. We handle the paperwork and the planning from here. It’s not a laboratory with white coats; it’s more of a business hub for our agricultural interests. Sometimes the street noise is a lot, but it keeps us feeling like we are part of the town. We drink a lot of tea while we look at the charts and talk to the people who come to visit. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to make the business work. We like being in the heart of Jorhat. It’s practical because everything we need is just a short walk away through the market. We just do our daily tasks and go home to our families when the day is over.
