Vraj Tractor Industries

Vraj Tractor Industries is based at B4C in the first phase of Basni. It is an industrial area, which you can tell as soon as you drive in. We spend our days working on tractor parts and different kinds of machinery. There is always a lot of metal lying around and the smell of oil and grease is everywhere. It is the kind of place where you really have to watch your step. We have a small workshop and a few guys who know exactly how to fix an engine or weld a part. We are not some giant corporation with a thousand employees. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do. The heat in Basni can be really intense in the summer months, so we try to get the heaviest work done early in the morning before it gets too bad. We don't have air conditioning in the workshop, just some big fans that move the air around. It is tough, physical work, but it feels good to see a part come off the line looking exactly how it should. We don't have a website with professional photos or anything like that. If you came to visit, you would just see us in our work shirts at the benches. We have been at B4C for quite a few years and all our neighbors are doing the same kind of work. We just keep our heads down and get the job done day after day. That’s what it’s like for us here at Vraj Tractor.
