We are over at Bigghi Plaza, which is right by Aakhliya Circle on Chopasni Road. If you know that circle, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in Jodhpur. There is always something happening outside. Our rooms are inside the plaza, so it’s a bit more tucked away from the direct traffic noise. We spend our days going up and down those stairs. The classes are set up simply with basic furniture. We have a few different rooms depending on how many students are coming in at once. Usually, the late afternoons are when it gets really packed. Students come from all over this side of town because the circle is a major transport point. We spend a lot of time just talking through lessons and checking homework. It’s not a flashy place. The walls have some posters about schedules and old exam dates. We focus on the work at hand. Sometimes we stay late when exams are near, and you can see the lights of Aakhliya Circle from the windows. It’s a good place to be if you want to be in the middle of things. We know the shopkeepers in the plaza well, and sometimes we grab a quick tea from downstairs between batches. It’s a very local, straightforward way of running things. We just provide a space for learning and stay busy with the books. There’s no big secret to what we do; it’s just daily teaching.
