Scholar Study Center

Scholar Study Center is tucked away in Balaji Tower, which is at E-98 in Shastri Nagar. We’re quite close to the Kalpatru Shopping Center, so there’s always people moving around outside. The center itself is a quiet space where we’ve set up desks and chairs for the students who come here after their regular school hours. It isn't a massive institution with hundreds of staff members. It’s just a few of us making sure the kids have a proper place to sit and study their books. We’ve been here in Jodhpur for a good stretch of time now. The building is a typical Shastri Nagar structure, and we’ve made our corner of it as comfortable as we can for the daily classes. We don't have any big slogans or fancy promises on the walls. We just follow the curriculum and help with the homework or exam preparation that’s needed. Sometimes parents stop by to talk about how their kids are doing, and we just tell them the truth about what we see in class. It’s a very local operation. We know the families in the area and we understand the pressure these students are under. Most days are just spent going through chapters and solving problems on the board. We keep the lights on and the fans running, and we just get the work done without making a big deal out of it.
