Trai Training For Medical Representatives

We run this training center for medical representatives at A-59 Kamla Nehru Nagar. It is right near Shubham Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find us. We basically just teach people what they need to know to get a job in the pharma industry. It is not a big university or anything like that. We have a couple of rooms where we sit down and go over things like anatomy, how to talk to doctors, and how to manage a territory. Most of the students who come here are young guys looking for their first real career. We try to keep the classes small so everyone can actually ask questions. The building is just a regular house that we converted into an office and classroom space. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and it gets warm in the afternoons. We are not fancy. We use whiteboards and some old textbooks. I used to be a rep myself for many years, so I just tell them stories about what it is actually like on the road. It is hard work, and we do not sugarcoat it. People come in, they do their time, and then they go out and look for jobs. We see them around the neighborhood sometimes later on. It is nice to see them working. We just keep things moving here day by day, trying to help folks get started in the field as best as we can.
