Our business, which we simply call The, is located at 613 on 11 A Road in Sardarpura, Jodhpur. Sardarpura is a lively part of the city, and we are right in the thick of it. It’s a simple shopfront and office where we handle our daily work. Jodhpur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are running and the shutters are down to keep the sun out. We don't have a big fancy name or a complicated corporate structure. We just focus on whatever is in front of us that day. Usually, that means checking the inventory or talking to the people who walk in off the street. The 11 A Road area is always moving, with cars and bikes and people everywhere. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit disorganized if we aren't careful, but we find what we need eventually. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we do. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living. Sometimes we sit outside on the stools when the weather is nice in the evening. It’s a practical setup for us, and we don’t really need anything more complicated than that. It works for us and the people who visit from around the neighborhood. We just keep the door open and stay busy.
