Suncity Stone Creations

Suncity Stone Creations is located on Badri Pan Street, right there on Sardarpura 1st B Road. It’s a busy little area, and we’re right in the thick of it. We spend our time working on different pieces, and there’s always a lot of hammering or cutting noise coming from our shop. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s more of a place where you can see the dust on our clothes and the tools laying out on the benches. We’ve been on this street for a while, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. The morning starts with us moving pieces out so we have room to work inside. Badri Pan Street gets quite crowded during the middle of the day, so it can be a challenge to get materials in and out. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just have our hands and the stone we work with. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, or the stone doesn't behave quite right, but we just keep at it until it's done. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. We like the neighborhood though; it’s got a lot of life to it. People walk by and peek in to see what we’re making, which is just part of the daily routine for us. We've been at this for a while and don't plan on changing much. The coffee around here is pretty good if you know which stall to go to. That's about it.
