Stone World

Stone World is located at Plot No. 1 in Ratan Nagar. We are right on the Pal Aiims Link Road. It’s a good location because the road is wide enough for the big trailers to turn around. We started out with just a small patch of land and a few crates of stone. Over time, we’ve filled it up with more variety. The area around the Link Road has seen a lot of new construction lately, so there’s always something happening nearby. We don’t have a big staff, just a few guys who have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the marble without chipping the edges. It’s a lot of work to keep the yard looking halfway decent. We spend a lot of time washing down the slabs so the colors show up better when people come to look. It’s not like a store in a mall. You have to be okay with getting your shoes a bit dirty when you visit. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the stone we have sitting right in front of us. Some days are slow and we just sit by the road, and other days we can barely keep up with the lifting.
