Smds Group

Smds Group is situated on the first floor in Shakti Nagar, Paota. Our office is on C Road, which is quite close to Mahamandir. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Being on the first floor means we can see the street from our windows. We have a simple office setup with several desks and a small meeting area. It’s where we coordinate everything for the group. We aren't into flashy decorations or corporate slogans. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and maybe a map. We come in every day and get to work on our various projects. Since we are near Mahamandir, it’s a landmark that everyone knows. The traffic on C Road can be a bit much during peak hours, but that’s Jodhpur for you. We are a local group and we handle our business in a very direct way. No layers of management to go through, just the people who are actually doing the work. We’ve been in Shakti Nagar for a while and have a good routine down. Usually, there is a pot of tea going and some papers spread out on the main table. We just take the work as it comes and try to be helpful to those who reach out. It’s a busy, practical environment where we focus on getting things done without any extra fluff. That is how we like to operate every single day.
