Shree Jagdamba General Store

We've been here on the Nagaur-Jodhpur Highway in Soyla for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the people traveling through Jodhpur. Being a general store means we handle a bit of everything that folks in Bhopalgarh might need on a daily basis. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of all the road traffic, but we try to keep things organized. People stop by for small snacks or things they forgot at the bigger markets. It’s mostly just us working here, making sure the shelves aren't empty when someone comes in looking for something specific. Most of our regulars are neighbors from around Soyla or drivers passing through. It isn’t a fancy place, just a normal shop with the usual stuff you’d expect to find in a village store. We open early most days because that’s when people start moving around. If you’re heading down the highway, you’ll see our sign. It’s a simple setup, really. We just try to stock what people ask for. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a local event nearby. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the doors stay open and the lights are on. It’s been a part of the landscape here for a while. We know most of the faces that walk in, which makes the days go by a bit faster.
