You can find us at Shree Blue Spice Private Limited in the Naya Bass area of Jodhpur. We are specifically located at Mehro Ka Chowk. This is the old part of Jodhpur where the lanes are narrow and the buildings are aged. It’s a very traditional setting for a spice business. There is always a lot of activity in the chowk, with people walking by and scooters trying to squeeze through the small gaps. Our work involves a lot of handling of local spices. The air around here is often thick with the scent of chili or turmeric. We work out of an old building that has been part of the neighborhood for a long time. It’s not like those modern offices in the new city. Here, we deal with things in a more traditional way. We spend our days talking to traders and making sure our spice stock is handled properly. The 342001 area is famous for its colors and its food, and we are right in the middle of that. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us managing the orders and looking after the shop. Sometimes it gets quite loud outside with the market bustle, but that’s just Jodhpur for you. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It is a simple life in the old city.
