Shivam Enterprises is over here on Pratap Nagar Soorsagar Road. It’s just a small place we’ve had for a while now. Most days it’s just us doing what needs to be done for the folks around the neighborhood. You won’t find any big fancy displays or anything like that. We just have our shelves and a counter where we talk to people. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because the road gets a lot of traffic, but we try to keep it decent. People usually stop by on their way home or during their lunch break. We know most of the people who come in by name since they live right nearby. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a local business trying to make a living. We handle things as they come. If a customer needs something we don’t have right there, we see if we can get it for them later. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. Mostly just word of mouth keeps us going. The shop stays open pretty late most nights because that's when people have time. It’s a simple setup we’ve got. We don’t use any complicated systems, just a notebook and some basic stuff to keep track of things. It works for us. If you’re walking down Soorsagar Road, you’ll probably see us near the corner. It's a busy part of Pratap Nagar, so there's always something happening outside the door. We don't bother with much else.
