Jainam Enterprises

Jainam Enterprises is located at Masuriya, right on 12th Residency Road. Our unit is G-10, 56/2. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always noise from the street. We’ve been operating out of this space for some years now. It’s mostly just a practical workspace where we manage our daily tasks. We don’t have much room for fancy decorations, so it’s mostly just desks and files. When someone comes in, they usually find us busy with paperwork or on the phone. We don’t use any polished scripts when we talk to people. It’s just regular talk about what they need and how we can help. Being on Residency Road means we get all sorts of people walking in. Some are just looking, others have been coming to us for years. We try to keep our head down and just do the work. It’s a lot of long hours, but that’s just how it is when you run your own place. The building isn't the newest, but it’s sturdy and suits us just fine. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. There’s no hierarchy really, just everyone helping out to get the day’s work finished. We don’t go in for big marketing plans. People find us because they know where we are or a friend told them. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. We just stick to our routine every single day.
