Shiny Institute

You’ll find Shiny Institute out on the Main Road in Jhalamand. We’re right near the Chirmi Restaurant, which everyone around here knows. It’s in the Prithviraj Nagar area. I’ve been working here for a while, and it’s a good spot. The road gets busy, but once you’re inside, it’s not too bad. We have a couple of rooms where we hold our classes. It’s nothing fancy, just some basic furniture and some lights that sometimes flicker a bit. We don’t try to pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a small institute helping students with their exams and homework. A lot of the kids come from the surrounding neighborhoods. They come in, we sit down, and we look at what they’re learning in school. Sometimes they’re really behind, so we have to work extra hard to catch up. I usually bring my own lunch and stay here all day. It’s a lot of hours, but I don’t mind. Seeing a student finally get a difficult concept is a good feeling. We don’t have any secret methods or anything. It’s just about putting in the time and the effort. Jhalamand is a growing area, so there are always new people moving in. We hope to stay here for a long time. It’s a simple life, teaching and learning. That’s enough for us. There is always more work to do, but we take it one day at a time.
