Our place is on the main road of the Chopasni Housing Board, at Plot 18/7. Being right on the main road means we get a lot of noise from the traffic, but it makes us easy to find. It’s a busy office where people are always coming in with questions or documents. We have desks pushed against the walls to make room for everyone. There’s no big waiting room, just a few chairs for whoever drops by. We do a lot of work for people in the housing board and the surrounding areas. It is the kind of office where the door is usually open and there's a constant stream of visitors. We keep our files in big cabinets that have seen better days. The team here is small, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing or answering the phone. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a workspace where we try to stay on top of the legal and administrative stuff people bring to us. The light inside isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here a good while now and know the rhythms of the street outside. It’s a straightforward operation for folks who need some help with their paperwork. We just keep our heads down and work through the stack of files on the desk every day. It's just how we operate.
