We've been set up at H-2/357 in Sangaria Phase Ii for quite some time now. Arun Arts isn't a place with a lot of flashing lights or big slogans. It's just where we do our printing and design work. The walls are covered in old samples and bits of paper where we've tested out colors. Sangaria Phase Ii is a busy place, and we are just one of the many small shops trying to get through the daily list of jobs. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine gets jammed, and we all have to huddle around to fix it. That's just part of the day. We don't pretend to be some huge agency from the city. We are just local people who know how to work the presses and get the ink to look right on the page. Our tables are usually piled high with finished stacks waiting for someone to come pick them up. It’s a bit cramped in H-2/357, especially when we have a big run going, but we make it work. We like the smell of the ink and the sound of the machines humming in the background. If you need something printed and you're in the neighborhood, you just walk in and talk to whoever is standing near the counter. We don't do things by the book always, but the work gets done and people seem to keep coming back. It’s noisy and messy, but it’s our shop.
