Our place is at A/304 in Saraswati Nagar. It’s a regular building and our space is mostly filled with boxes of metal fittings and small parts. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. Most of our day is spent counting out pieces for orders or checking the inventory to see what we need to get more of. It’s a lot of metal-on-metal noise when we are moving things around. The office part of the room is just a couple of desks with old computers and a lot of pens that usually don’t work. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a photo from a staff lunch a few years ago. It can get pretty hectic when a big delivery comes in and we have to find space for all the new stock. We just work through it, one box at a time. The people working here are just locals who know a bit about hardware. We don't try to act like we are some global giant. We just provide the fittings that people need for their plumbing or construction jobs. It’s a basic setup, and we like it that way because it keeps things easy to manage without too much stress.
