You can find Regal Mines & Minerals Pvt. Ltd. over at B-251, Saraswati Nagar in Basani. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for an office that deals with rocks and minerals, but it works for us. We’ve got a small space where we keep track of everything happening out at the sites. Most of our day involves talking to drivers and making sure the mineral loads are going to the right places. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a regular building where a few of us sit and handle the paperwork. Sometimes the dust follows us into the office, but that’s just part of being in the mineral business. We’ve been around for a while now and we know the ins and outs of the local trade. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just digging things up and moving them to where they are needed. Everyone in the office has their own way of doing things, and we don’t worry too much about having everything look perfect. As long as the jobs get finished and the trucks are moving, we’re happy. Basani is a good spot for us because it’s close enough to the main routes. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get to work on the piles of logs and schedules on our desks.
