Regal Food

Regal Food is located on Pal Road in Jodhpur, right near the Kheme Ka Kua area. Jodhpur 342001 is where we’ve spent most of our lives, and this shop is how we make our living. Pal Road is one of the busiest roads in the city, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing cars and trucks. We have a small kitchen area and some space for people to stand and eat, or take their food away. It’s not a sit-down place with waiters. We keep things moving fast because most of our customers are in a hurry. My younger brother and I run the place together. We get up early to buy the supplies and start the prep work. The Regal name was something my father chose years ago, even though we are just a small local shop. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just the two of us and one helper who comes in the afternoons. Sometimes the traffic on Pal Road gets so backed up that people just pop in because they are stuck. We don't have a fancy menu, just the things we know how to make well. We try to keep our prices low so the people working nearby can afford to eat here every day. It’s just a regular Jodhpur shop doing its best in a busy part of town. We stay open late most nights.
