Himanshu Agro

Up here at Himanshu Agro, things are usually pretty busy depending on what time of year it is. We are located over on Sanskriti Road in Hanumanth Nagar, right near Rata Naka. If you know the area, you know it gets plenty of traffic from people coming in from the surrounding fields. We spend a lot of our time talking about the weather and how the soil is looking this season. It's not a desk job where you sit in the AC all day. My boots are usually a bit dusty by noon and there is always something that needs moving or stacking in the back. People come by to talk about their crops or just to see what we have in stock at the moment. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know more than the farmers who have been doing this for forty years. It’s more of a place where you can just show up and talk. Sometimes the shop gets a little messy when a big delivery comes in, but we get it sorted eventually. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we like the way things move at their own pace. It is a simple life, really, focused on the land and what people need to get their work done. We just keep the doors open and try to be useful to anyone who stops in.
