We are located over at Plot Number 6A in the Basni area. It's quite an industrial spot, mostly full of workshops and small factories around here. Raja Rani Art Handicraft is basically a place where things get made and stored before they go out to customers. You’ll find us right near Price Art if you’re looking for the turn-off from the main path. The workshop is usually a bit loud because of the tools and the sanding machines running. We have a few guys who have been doing this work for years now. They know their way around wood and metal better than most people. It’s not a showroom where everything is polished and kept under bright lights. It’s more of a practical space for work. We spend our time cutting, shaping, and finishing the pieces. Sometimes the floor is covered in wood shavings and dust by the afternoon, but that's just part of the job. We get orders from different places and try to get them finished on time, though sometimes materials are late. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets really hot in Basni during the summer months. We don't have any big corporate office with air conditioning. Just the workshop and a small wooden desk for keeping the bills and notes. We mostly focus on getting the details right on the handicrafts we make. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but we like it here. It is just a group of workers doing their thing.
