Nav Durga Kirana Store

We've been running Nav Durga Kirana Store for a while now here in Village Kalau. It's right in the Main Market area, so most people around Tehsil Dechu know where to find us. We keep the usual things people need for their homes every day. Running a shop in a place like this means you see the same faces every morning. We get up early to open and stay late sometimes if someone needs something last minute. It's not a big fancy place, just a regular store with shelves full of lentils, sugar, soaps, and other basic supplies. People come by to pick up their weekly groceries or just a small packet of biscuits for tea. Dealing with suppliers and keeping stock can be a bit of a headache sometimes when the trucks are late, but we manage to keep things moving. The shop is a bit cramped, and things aren't always perfectly lined up, but that's how it goes when you're busy. We try to keep what our neighbors ask for. If something isn't on the shelf, we see if we can get it in the next trip to town. It’s just how we make our living. Most days are quiet, but market days get pretty hectic with everyone coming in from the nearby areas. We don't have a big team or anything, just us making sure the doors stay open and the bins are full of grain. It's honest work, and we like being part of the community here in Kalau.
