Surya Stones

Surya Stones is located right here in Jodhpur. Most people around here know where we are. It’s been a long time since we first opened up shop in this part of Jodhpur, and things haven't changed all that much in terms of how we do things. We spend most of our days dealing with different kinds of stone. It gets pretty hot and dusty working out here, but that's just how the job is. We don't really have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the yard and the equipment we use every day. People come by when they need something specific for a project they're working on. Sometimes they know exactly what they want, and other times they just want to look at what's currently in the yard. We try to keep a good variety on hand. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around. We've gotten used to the pace of work here. If you're driving through Jodhpur, you might have passed by us without even realizing it. We aren't big on advertising or making a lot of noise. We just focus on getting the slabs ready and making sure they get where they need to go. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most of our guys have been with us for years now. We know the stone business well because it’s what we do every single day. We just stay busy.
