Mr. Study

Mr. Study is located on Banar Road, right across from the Ajmer Lines. It’s a bit further out than some of the other places in town, so it’s a little quieter here, which is nice for studying. The plot is easy to find because of the military area nearby. We started this place because we saw a lot of kids in this area having to travel all the way to the center of Jodhpur for extra help. Our building is simple. It's just a regular structure on a plot with a few classrooms inside. We have enough space for everyone to sit comfortably, but we aren’t trying to be a luxury school. The walls are mostly bare, and we just use whatever furniture was available. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in if we leave the windows open, but that’s just how Banar Road is. We focus on basic subjects and helping with schoolwork. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here. We don’t have a lot of rules about uniforms or anything. As long as the students show up and do their work, we’re happy. Most of our students come from the families living around the army area or the newer colonies popping up nearby. It feels like a small community here. There’s not much else to it, really. Just a place to sit down and get through the books without too much fuss or distractions.
