Stone Paradise

We've been out here in Stonepark Mandore for a while now. It's a busy spot, mostly because of all the stone yards around us. Most mornings start early before the sun gets too high, though it still gets hot enough by noon. We spend a lot of time just moving pieces around and making sure things are where they need to be. Stone Paradise isn't a fancy place. It's mostly just us, the stone, and the yard. The air is usually a bit dusty because that's just how it is when you work with this kind of material. You get used to the sound of the cutters and the trucks backing in and out all day. People find us easily enough since everyone around Mandore knows where the stone park is. We don't have a big office or anything, just a small space to sit down and talk. Sometimes the wind picks up and blows the red sand around, which makes for a lot of cleaning later. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on what’s right in front of us. There’s no big secret to it, we just show up and do the work every day. The neighbors are alright too, we all mostly know each other's schedules. If you come by, you'll probably see us near the back moving things or checking the inventory. It’s just how we run things here.
