Mahadev Minerals Industries

Our spot is out on NH-15, right near the Bothiya Circles and not far from the Bagyam Plant. If you know the Bhadkha area, you probably know how it is out here. Mahadev Minerals Industries is basically just a place where we process and deal with minerals all day long. It can get pretty messy with all the dust and the heavy equipment, but that is how it goes when you are working with the earth. The highway is always humming with traffic, which is good for moving things out but it can be a bit noisy. We spend a lot of time just making sure the materials are sorted right. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. Most of the guys here have been with us for a while, so we all know the routine pretty well. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork unless we absolutely have to. Most of our day is spent outside or in the main processing area. Being near the Bagyam Plant makes it easier for people to find us since it's such a big landmark. We just try to stay consistent and keep the machines running like they should. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big load comes in late, but we don't complain much. It’s just the nature of the mineral business in this part of the country. We just do the work.
