Sharma Import & Export

Sharma Import & Export operates out of Plot No. 65 in Kamla Nehru Nagar-III, over in the Jyoti Nagar area. It’s a very straightforward setup we have here. We have a gated plot where we do most of our heavy loading and unloading of goods. The office is just a small, one-story building on the site. It’s often dusty and there’s always a bit of a breeze coming through the open door. We handle both importing and exporting, so there’s always something coming in while something else is being loaded up to go out. It certainly keeps us on our toes all day. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing budget to speak of. It's just us and the physical work. My brother and a couple of my cousins help out with the daily tasks. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. We know the quirks of the shipping lines and how the customs offices work. Sometimes the paperwork is a real headache that lasts all afternoon, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone who walks in. We just want the crates to get where they’re supposed to go without any trouble. Jyoti Nagar is a decent place for a business like ours. We have enough space to breathe.
