We are located very close to the Shiv Mandir, so we get a lot of people stopping by after they visit the temple. Our shop has been a part of this 342001 neighborhood for quite a while. It’s a simple kirana store where we sell grains, spices, and other household essentials. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a local business run by us. The shop can get pretty busy during festival times because of the temple nearby, but we enjoy the energy of the crowd. We spend a lot of our time weighing out items and packing them for customers. It’s a hands-on job, and we are usually covered in a bit of dust from the flour bags by the end of the day. Jodhpur is a beautiful city, and Ratanada is a nice place to work and live. We know our regulars and what they like to buy for their families. If someone is looking for a specific brand of tea or a certain type of lentil, we do what we can to have it ready. We don’t use any fancy advertising. Word of mouth from the neighbors is how most people find out about us. We just keep the doors open and try to be helpful to whoever walks in needing some groceries for their kitchen. It is just regular work for us.
