Home Computer

Home Computer is located right at Jalori Gate. If you know Jodhpur, you know how busy and packed this area can get. It’s one of the main spots in the old part of town so there’s always noise and people moving about. The shop itself is tucked into the mix of other local businesses. We call it Home Computer because we mostly deal with the stuff people use in their houses, like old desktops and basic laptops. It’s a small space and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when there are more than three people inside. We’ve got shelves full of old cables and parts that might come in handy one day. It’s not a fancy showroom with glass cases or anything. It’s more of a workshop where we actually fix things. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we are usually too busy with the work to worry about that. People from the neighborhood come here because they know we are right at the gate. We don't use any of that marketing speak. We just tell you if we can fix it or if it’s time to get something else. Being at Jalori Gate means we see all sorts of people every day. It’s a very local vibe here. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. Most of the time it’s just honest work on computers that have seen better days. It is loud and busy but we like it.
