Our office is set up over at Plot No. 14 in Panchwati Colony. It's a quiet enough area most days, which helps when you have to focus on engineering plans and big spreadsheets. We handle a lot of infrastructure projects, so there is usually someone coming in with rolls of blueprints or maps. It’s not just about sitting behind a desk though; there is a lot of coordination involved. The colony is a nice place for an office because it’s not too loud, though we do get busy during the middle of the week. We’ve got our equipment and computers all set up there to keep track of various sites we are working on. Some of us have been with H. G. Infra for years and we’ve seen the company grow from a small room to this spot in Panchwati. It’s a lot of practical work, looking at soil, roads, and concrete. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just get the specs right and make sure the materials are where they need to be. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask what we're building next. We try to keep things orderly but with all the site visits and meetings, the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and boots. It’s a real working environment where people actually do the heavy lifting of planning. We’re usually there early in the morning before the sun gets too hot and things get really hectic.
