Gtech Outsourcing

Gtech Outsourcing is over at 5-B-40 in the Kudi Bhagtasani Housing Board. It’s a modest setup, basically just a room with several desks and a lot of computer monitors. We do various kinds of data and support work for different clients. It’s not the most exciting environment, as it’s mostly just the sound of clicking keyboards and the hum of the air conditioner. We started this place because we wanted to have something of our own. The housing board area is a decent place to work, though it can get a bit dusty with all the wind. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you’ll just see us busy at our screens. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and fixing errors that pop up in the data. It requires a lot of concentration, so we usually keep things pretty quiet. We take our breaks together and sometimes go for a walk to get some fresh air. It’s a small operation, and we don't have any grand plans to take over the industry. We just want to do the tasks we are given and make sure the work is accurate. Sometimes the power goes out, which can be a real pain, but we just wait for it to come back and pick up where we left off. It’s a simple, practical way to work, and we’re happy with how things are going in our little office space.
