Our place is out in Village Balaya, specifically at Sarunda Nada Ki Dhani in the Bherunda area of Nagour district. It’s a rural spot, and that’s where the minerals are. We’ve been working this land for a long time. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have a yard where we keep the materials we dig up or process. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We start when the sun comes up and usually finish when it gets too dark to see what we’re doing. The ground is often dry and dusty, especially during the summer months. We handle the basic minerals that people need for building or farming. There’s no big marketing team here; we just talk to people who drive their tractors or trucks into the yard. Sometimes we sit under the shade of a tree to discuss the day’s work or have tea. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, but there is always work to be done. The road leading to the village can be a bit rough after the rains, but we manage. We aren't looking to grow into a massive company. We just want to keep things running steady and provide for the families here.
