Our place is located out at E-847 in the 4th Phase of the Boranada Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where we have the space for our granite and marble slabs. The yard is filled with rows of stone that we’ve collected from different quarries. We use large gang saws to cut through the blocks, which is a slow and loud process. The ground is often wet and muddy from the water we use to keep the blades cool. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and mirrors. If you want to see our stone, you walk through the yard with us and look at the raw slabs. It’s honest work and it gets your clothes dirty every single day. We’ve been at this location for a good while now and we’ve seen the industrial area grow up around us. Most of our days are spent loading and unloading trucks or checking the polish on a new batch of marble. It’s a heavy business, both literally and figuratively. We don't have a lot of time for long meetings or corporate talk. We just focus on getting the stone cut to the right thickness and keeping the machines running. It’s a simple operation and that is exactly how we like to keep it. We just provide the stone and leave the fancy talk to others.
