SHREE GAJANAN INDUSTRIES

Our place, SHREE GAJANAN INDUSTRIES, is located over at G-1-228 in the Boranada Industrial Park. People still call it the Old Sez sometimes. Jodhpur can be a tough place to work because of the heat, especially out in an industrial area like Boranada, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t mind it much. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done. We handle industrial processes and it’s mostly manual work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. There isn't much room for corporate fluff here. We talk to each other plainly and get the tasks finished. We’ve seen the industrial park change a lot over the years, with new neighbors coming and going. We’ve stayed pretty much the same, though. We use the equipment we have, look after it, and make sure we don't fall behind. Sometimes things break and we have to spend half a day fixing a belt or a motor, but that's part of the trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Rajasthan. We just want to do a decent job so we can head home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a simple life, focused on production and staying practical in everything we do at the shop.
