Bharat Marble Cutting

Bharat Marble Cutting is over in the Mahamandir area of Jodhpur. Specifically, you can find us at Kaga Dandi in the Rambagh neighborhood. We do not cut hair like the other shops around here; instead, we spend our time working with stone. Our days are filled with cutting and shaping marble for all kinds of local building projects. It is a very physical job and the air gets quite dusty when the machines are running. We have the space we need to slice through the heavy stone slabs. We have been here in Rambagh for a long time now. Most of the people who come to us are local builders or families fixing up their homes. We do not have a fancy showroom where we display things. Our shop is just a workshop where the actual work happens. You will see slabs of marble stacked up against the walls if you walk in. We take the measurements people give us and cut the stone to fit their floors or counters. It is loud and there is always water spraying to keep the blades from getting too hot. We do not have a big office or any secretaries. It is just the guys who know how to handle the marble. Jodhpur is known for its stone, and we are just a small part of that industry. We work hard and try to get the pieces cut right for everyone.
