We are located at Plot No. 35A in Bheru Villas, right across from the Sardar Club Scheme. India Home Wood Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we work with lumber and various types of wood all day long. It’s a fairly open space, which is necessary when you’re dealing with long planks and heavy machinery. The area around Sardar Club is usually pretty busy, so there’s always some activity outside our gates. Inside, it’s a different story. It’s loud from the saws and the sanding, and there’s always a layer of dust on everything, including us. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning; it’s a practical site for manual labor. We spend our time measuring, cutting, and making sure the wood is ready for whatever it’s being used for. It’s hard on the back and the hands, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years. We know the other business owners around Bheru Villas quite well. Sometimes we have to move stuff out into the yard to make room for new deliveries. It can get a bit chaotic when several trucks arrive at once. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people just see our sign when they’re heading over to the club. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders out the door when they're supposed to go.
