Ahmedabad Chicken Hub

Down on Balaji Temple Road, you will find Ahmedabad Chicken Hub. We are right on Chopasni Road in Jodhpur, directly opposite the Bhandari Hospital. Being near a hospital means there are always people around, even late at night. Our day starts with the meat arriving and us getting the kitchen ready. It’s a lot of work, cleaning and prepping everything before the lunch rush starts. The smell of the spices usually fills the air around our shop by noon. We have a few tables, but a lot of people just take their food to go. The traffic on Chopasni Road is always moving, so it gets pretty noisy with the horns and the buses. We are just a small team of people working here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just focus on the stove and the orders coming in. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected, but that’s just how it goes. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that most days. It’s a practical place for people who want a quick meal. We just do our work and go home when the shutters go down for the night.
